As I considered the incense and that it was burned at a time of prayer.... I remembered the scripture that Aaron is no longer our High Priest but Jesus is.....and He has made us kings and priests unto our God.
Therefore what a blessing to be able to come into our prayer closets and burn a sweet smelling savor unto the LORD as we offer up our praise and thanksgiving unto Him and make our petitions known to Him.
We posses our lamps and are to keep them trimmed and burning...for the Bridegroom is soon coming to claim His Bride. The King is coming, the King of kings and LORD of lords.
Let us burn bright with the fire of the Holy Spirit of God, fully submitting ourselves as a living sacrifice unto our God offering up our prayers, praise and thanksgiving as a sweet smelling savor continually before Him as we pray without ceasing.
